Introduction
These Terms and Conditions govern your use of services provided by Enterprise Bookkeeping. By engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.
Our Services
Enterprise Bookkeeping provides bookkeeping, payroll processing, VAT submissions, CIS compliance, financial reporting, and related services. The scope of work will be outlined and agreed in advance with each client.
Client Responsibilities
As a client, you agree to:
- Provide accurate, complete, and timely financial information
- Ensure all records and documents submitted are truthful and lawful
- Cooperate with us to allow delivery of agreed services
- Inform us promptly of any changes that may affect your financial records
Fees and Payment
Fees for services will be communicated and agreed in writing. Unless otherwise stated:
- Invoices are issued monthly or as agreed
- Payment is due within 14 days of the invoice date
- Late payments may incur interest or service suspension
Confidentiality
We treat all client information as confidential. We will not disclose any personal or financial details to third parties unless:
- It is required by law
- You have given explicit consent
- Disclosure is necessary to perform our services (e.g. sharing with HMRC or software providers)
Liability
We will provide services with reasonable care and skill. However, we are not liable for:
- Losses resulting from inaccurate or incomplete information provided by the client
- Delays caused by factors beyond our control
- Any indirect, special, or consequential damages
Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for services in the previous 12 months.
Termination
Either party may terminate the service agreement with written notice. On termination:
- All outstanding fees become payable
- We will return or securely dispose of your records as requested
Intellectual Property
All documents and materials created by us remain our property until full payment is received. Once paid, they may be used by you for your own business purposes only.
Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Northern Ireland. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Northern Ireland.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. The most recent version will always be available on our website.
